About our Services

What Engineering Services Do You Provide?

We provide full product lifecycle systems engineering support, including Quality Management System (QMS) implementation, technical regulatory compliance, risk analysis, requirement gathering, system architecture design, and V&V testing for tech startups and SMEs.

How can you help my business with regulatory compliance and certification?

We conduct comprehensive regulatory compliance reviews to ensure your product meets all required UK, EU, and international statutory requirements before launch.

Our expertise covers areas including UKCA and CE marking, functional safety, and operational certifications like ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IEC 60079.

Do you offer design consultation for early-stage prototypes?

Yes, we offer hands-on design consultation to help you create your first functional proof-of-concept or overcome complex design challenges. With two decades of joint experience in mechanical, electrical, and software development, we can also help make sure your designs are fit for purpose, meet all the requirements, and can be manufactured at volume.

How do you integrate Quality Management Systems (QMS) into product design?

We implement Quality Management Systems from the ground up by performing comprehensive gap analyses that cover your product design, regulatory compliance, and management processes. We train and empower your team to maintain this framework independently, ensuring you have the infrastructure to meet standards like ISO 9001 or ISO 13485.

Fundamentally we believe the environment in which a product is developed is a super system of your product, and so falls under Systems Engineering.

What is your consultation process?

We offer a no-obligation introductory call so that we can understand you, your business, and your goals so that we can quote you for exactly what you're looking for.

From there we offer flexible costings and project plans depending on how hands-on or hands-off you want us to be.

What is your pricing model?

To get a quote please send in an enquiry and one of us will get in touch to provide an estimate.

We don't publish prices as we quote for each project individually. We offer a few fixed-price packages for routine jobs but we prefer to discuss the project with clients ahead of time to make sure what they're getting is exactly what they need.

How do I arrange a free consultation?

You can reach us by emailing enquiries@dunmailsystems.co.uk, calling +44 1229 749007, or using the contact form on our website.

We aim to respond to any enquiries or project needs as soon as possible.

We’re dedicated to delivering innovative and efficient engineering solutions tailored to your needs.
